Join us for a nurturing fertility retreat for women who long to welcome a baby into their lives.<\/p>

The journey toward motherhood is often imagined as a joyful and natural step in life. Yet when pregnancy does not happen as hoped, it can become a deeply emotional and stressful experience. While medical approaches focus primarily on the physical body, our inner world \u2014 our emotions, beliefs, and life experiences \u2014 can also play an important role in how safe and ready the body feels to conceive.<\/p>

I am N\u00f3ra Hormay, a spiritual healer, coach, and teacher with over 12 years of experience in emotional healing. I have also worked in a holistic fertility center and continue to support women through one-to-one sessions on their fertility journey. Through this work, I have seen how profoundly our emotional world and subconscious patterns can influence the body\u2019s readiness to welcome new life.<\/p>

Over 7 days and 6 nights, this retreat offers a gentle space for healing and renewal, guiding you back to openness, trust, and connection with yourself in a small, intimate group of up to 7 women.<\/p>

During the retreat we gently explore and release emotional blocks, limiting subconscious beliefs, and inherited family patterns, imbalance in the masculine and feminine roles, that may create tension around fertility. As these layers begin to soften, space can open for new possibilities, renewed hope, and a deeper connection with your body. The intention is not to \u201cforce\u201d change, but to soften the pressure that often surrounds trying to conceive and to create a more open, trusting inner landscape and positive mindset.<\/p>

Mornings are devoted to gentle inner work. Through guided practises, energetic cleansing, movement, breathwork, and meditation, we explore and release emotional blocks that may be affecting fertility in a supportive and safe environment.<\/p>

Afternoons are dedicated to joy, lightness, connection, and experiencing the beauty of sacred, medieval Assisi. Together we will slow down and enjoy simple pleasures such as exploring Assisi, gentle hikes on Mount Subasio, olive oil tasting, learning to make traditional Italian pasta, shared meals, and a surprise day trip to a place of natural beauty. These moments of lightness are an important part of the journey, helping you reconnect with joy, creativity, and the natural rhythm of life.<\/p>

This retreat welcomes women at any stage of their fertility journey \u2014 whether you are just beginning or have been trying for years. As a matter of fact it can greatly benefit any woman who is ready to step into motherhood. No prior spiritual experience is needed, only an open heart. Opportunities for one-to-one sessions will also be available during the week.<\/p>

Our home for the week is a beautiful historic villa on Mount Subasio, outside Assisi. Surrounded by olive groves and nature, Sant\u2019Angelo in Panzo offers a peaceful sanctuary of new beginnings \u2014 a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and your deeper longing for new life while being held in a safe and nurturing space for transformation.<\/p>

Our home for the week is a beautiful historic villa on Mount Subasio, just outside the ancient walls of sacred Assisi. Sant\u2019Angelo in Panzo is a remarkable historic hillside villa surrounded by ancient olive groves, where time seems to slow down.<\/p>

This enchanting Italian residence offers breathtaking mountain views and tranquil gardens, inviting the participants to experience the atmosphere of a bygone era. The villa has lovingly preserved its original character and traditional style, reflecting the grace and heritage of noble Italian family life.<\/p>

Rather than modern minimalism, you\u2019ll find authentic charm, timeless elegance, and a rare opportunity to step into living history of a 1000 years \u2014 a place where every room tells a story, having transformed from a convent where St Clare lived for a short while, into a hermitage and then a beautiful family residence.<\/p>
