A conscious pilgrimage to Assisi and visiting Marmore Waterfall
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
This pilgrimage is more than a visit to sacred places; it is a conscious journey of self-discovery — an invitation to walk the ancient paths of Assisi while simultaneously turning inward, reconnecting with your inner world and remembering your true essence. It is like taking a self-awareness course out into nature, where nature itself becomes our classroom.
Throughout our time together, I will share inspiring stories and lesser-known insights into the lives and teachings of St. Francis and St. Clare, who were expressions of infinite soul beings. We will visit the great Basilicas as well as more hidden, quieter sacred sites — places where the subtle energies of the land invite deeper attunement, presence, and inner listening.
While the pilgrimage naturally carries certain religious elements through its connection with the Church — the very institution Francis and Clare helped to reform in their time — our approach will be primarily spiritual rather than religious or dogmatic. We will meet them as embodiments of awakened consciousness, as ascended masters whose lives continue to transmit profound wisdom and healing.
Alongside our outer journey, we will engage in gentle yet meaningful inner work. Through guided self-awareness practices, energetic attunement, and conscious connection with the land, you will be supported in returning to your own center. We will explore the sacred balance of masculine and feminine energies, open into unity consciousness, and consciously integrate the blissful, soul-awakening frequencies that are so naturally present simply by being in Assisi.
This is not simply sightseeing, but a journey involving deep inner processes and transformation. Together we will anchor the divine, sacred quality that in Assisi can almost be felt tangibly in the air.
No previous spiritual experience is required — only an open mind, a willing heart, and a curiosity to walk both the outer and inner path.
The journey takes place in a small group: besides me, there are a maximum of 7 participants, so that we can work in a safe and supportive space.
PROGRAM
DAY 1.
Arrival to Assisi
DAY 2.
We dedicate this day to the masculine energy and to Saint Francis.
We will visit the most significant sacred sites associated with him. We will climb the sacred mountain and visit the hermitage, embracing the peace and simplicity of this special place. We will finish the day at Rocca Maggiore, where the panoramic view of Assisi invites us to reflect on our own life journey with greater clarity and perspective.
DAY 3.
We dedicate this day to the divine feminine and Saint Clare. We start with an approx. 2hrs minibus trip to 3 sacred places outside of Assisi with the guidance of a member of the 3rd Franciscan order.
After lunch we visit San Damiano, where St Clare spent most of her life, then visit the Basilica where she is now buried.
DAY 4.
We will set off on an exciting minibus excursion near Terni. This day is dedicated to emotions, emotional cleansing, and deepening our connection with the element of water.
We will visit one of Europe’s highest waterfalls, the breathtaking Cascata delle Marmore. Surrounded by the power and beauty of cascading water, we will have the opportunity to connect with its cleansing and revitalizing energy.
Afterwards, we will continue to the nearby Lake Piediluco, where we will enjoy a delicious fish* lunch. We will then take a boat trip on the lake, allowing ourselves to connect more deeply with the spirit of the lake and the water elementals.
Free time between 5-7pm.
Day 5.
We dedicate this day to find unity within and experience unity consciousness. First we will take a big walk in the forest of San Francesco and visit the Terzo Paradiso (3rd Paradise) and after lunch we will visit a special exhibition of Holy Mary.
DAY 6.
Travelling home or you can stay longer if you wish

PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee varies depending on the number of days (6days 5 nights or 5 days 4 nights) and the accomodation booked for that particular event. Also price changes with the season and additional heating costs.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
- My fee as a tour guide, organiser and spiritual wayshower
- Accomodation for 5 nights (sharing room with one other person)
- Minibus trip to 2 sacred places with the guidance of a member of the Franciscan order
- Minibus trip to Marmore Waterfall and Piediluco lake (including Waterfall entrance fee, lunch and boat trip at the lake)
- Entrance fee to Frances’s Forest
- Buffet style breakfast shared in the apartment
- Local minibus transfers between sites during the pilgrimage
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
- Flights, trains and transfers* from airport or train station to Assisi
- Meals (Dinner approx. EUR15-30/dinner, Lunch approx. 8-15EUR/lunch if eating out, breakfast 5-8 EUR)
- Most sacred places have no entrance fees, but they expect donations. I leave it up to you if you would like to contribute.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
There will be a significant amount of walking, and Assisi is built on a hillside, which means plenty of steps and steep paths both up and down.
The hike up the sacred mountain to the hermitage takes nearly two hours and is very steep, with rocky terrain. Please only sign up if you feel physically prepared for these challenges. We will cover many miles throughout the pilgrimage.
