ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a hidden oasis in the heart of Tuscany, where nature becomes your teacher and the elements become your guides.
Over four transformative days, we journey through the wisdom of Earth, Water, Fire and Air, discovering how each element lives within us and learning practical ways to restore balance in body, mind and spirit.
Through meditation, conscious movement, breathwork, mantra, self-healing practices, partner exercises and subconscious transformation techniques, you’ll experience the unique qualities of each element—not only as forces of nature, but as living energies within yourself.
As our journey through the four elements comes to completion, we open into the fifth element—Ether—the space of unity, presence and expanded awareness. From there, we enter the frequency of Love, allowing everything we’ve experienced to integrate into a deeper connection with ourselves and with life.
This retreat is both practical and deeply experiential. You’ll leave with techniques and tools you can continue using long after you return home.

THE VENUE
Nestled in the wild hills of Tuscany, Oasi di Luce is a peaceful private sanctuary 4,5 kms from Roccastrada where nature is still untouched and silence becomes medicine.

EUR 800 including facilitation, programs, all meals
Accommodation is additional (payable on site)
Double bedroom for 1 person EUR60/night, for a couple EUR 100/night (2 double rooms available)
Twin bedroom for 2 persons to share EUR 50/person/night – (1 twin bedroom available)
Setting up own tent – EUR 20/person/night – access to shared bathrooms
Camper van – EUR 25 /person /night – access to shared bathrooms, no electric connection available
Accommodation types are allocated in the order of reservations are received.

The Oasi di Luce is in wild nature, so be prepared to connect to nature on a deeper level.
If you come by a camper van, please check with us first as the access road is limited in size.
